No. All plans include unlimited responses. Pricing is based on monthly active visitors, not response count. Our Starter plan covers up to 50,000 visitors per month at €29/month.
Can I customize the widget's appearance?
Fully. Adjust colors, fonts, positioning, animation style, and branding. You can also inject custom CSS through the editor. The widget is responsive and adapts to your site's dark mode if you enable it.
How is customer data stored and protected?
All data is stored on AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) servers. We are ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type II compliant, and GDPR-ready. You retain full ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time from your dashboard.
